This stunning dress started out as a white New York and Company dress. BORING!
So I added purple and green dye, snow, and let the magic happen.
The result is a starburst effect that starts at the waist and flows across the bodice and skirt. The dress is fitted in the bodice and then flares into a full skirt. 100% cotton.
